Choley and Naan

Ingredients and Method:

1/2 kg Chickpeas cook with 1 tsp baking soda and retain water. Add 1/2 tsp baking soda again and 2 tsp garam masala. 1 tsp black pepper. Mash a little bit with a spoon. Cook on slow heat.

Cook 1/2 hour. Should be thick with some gravy.

1 kg atta/AP flour, add 1tbsp yeast, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp salt. Mix and Set aside to lead. Then make the naan (flatten with moistened finger tips). Sprinkle with black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds or khus khus.
